Job summary

Greencore Group Lts is seeking a team member for a food manufacturing/retail service role at our Warrington site. You will handle customer service, payments and maintain high hygiene standards during long shifts.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work unsupervised, and good English and maths. Training will be provided for health, safety and food hygiene, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Good level of English and Maths.
• Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
• Good communication skills.
• Can-do attitude and willingness to help team in times of demand.
• Basic understanding of health & Safety and Food Hygiene (training will be given)

Responsibilities

• Serve customers and take payment for goods.
• Wash and clean utensils, dishes, surfaces continuously.
• Check fridge, freezer and food temperatures and log per health standards.
• Clean microwaves provided for staff use daily.
• Ensure hygienic preparation of raw ingredients, sandwiches, hot meals and snacks.
• Safely support food safety for staff via proper food handling.
