Job summary

RBH Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member for our Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver meals and drinks with care in a fast-paced hotel setting.

Role involves setting up dining areas, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams, and maintaining high hygiene standards. Flexibility for weekend shifts and a friendly, professional approach are essential.

Qualifications

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to jump in and support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast- paced setting, handling peak times with ease.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining presentation and timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas in an inviting dining space.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Keep dining area stocked by restocking supplies and assisting with inventory.
• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards in a spotless workspace.
• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
• Demonstrate flexibility and energy to thrive during peak times; weekend shifts Fri/Sat/Sun.

What you'll be doing...

• Keep the dining area stocked by assisting with inventory and restocking supplies.


• Uphold hygiene and health and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.


• Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to deliver a seamless service, supporting each other for a smooth operation.


• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast‑paced setting, handling peak times with ease.
  Must be able to work 2x5hr shifts over the weekend: Fri/Sat/Sun
