Job summary

18 Week Support is seeking an experienced Dermatology Outpatient Nurse to support weekend insourcing clinics within NHS dermatology services.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays, 08:00–18:00, assisting consultants and contributing to high-quality patient care in a busy outpatient setting.

RN with current NMC registration and recent NHS dermatology outpatient experience is essential, with strong patient assessment and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current NMC registration.
• Recent hands-on experience in dermatology outpatient clinics within the NHS.
• Excellent patient assessment and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and supporting outpatient clinics.
• Conducting patient observations and assessments where appropriate.
• Assisting consultants during patient consultations and procedures.
• Providing patient education and treatment advice.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
• Ensuring clinics run safely and efficiently while delivering excellent patient care.
