Sodexo is hiring a Cook for the National Probation Service Burdett Lodge in Derby. This essential lone-working role involves preparing and cooking meals at a fixed site for residents and staff, ensuring safe, nutritious, and welcoming environments.

You will oversee all aspects of food production, work independently to deliver meals that meet residents’ needs, and follow health and safety protocols while working without direct supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in cooking or catering.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
