Job summary

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd in Stoke-on-Trent is looking for a Weekend Concierge to help keep our premises safe, secure and welcoming. You will review CCTV, assist residents and maintain a clean, orderly environment to uphold our standards.

The role is 25 hours over the weekend, with a salary of £15,600 per annum, and a benefits package including Westfield Health Plan, pension, and enhanced leave entitlements.

Qualifications

• Proven working experience as a Concierge.
• Organised and able to multitask.
• Knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace (COSH).

Responsibilities

• Ensure premises are safe and secure.
• Review CCTV and ensure tenants/residents are safe.
• Some cleaning duties and maintain building in safe, secure condition.
• Work 25 hours over the weekend.
• Work within the Association’s policies and procedures.
