Concierge Location: Stoke Salary : £28,829.26 per annum Job title: Concierge A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Concierge to join our Association.
The Concierge will be based in our offices in Stoke.
Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.

Purpose of the role To provide a point of contact for housing related support, including incident and emergency management covering unsociable hours (outside those of the core service delivery) and a site presence out of hours in our supported accommodation services ensuring the safety and security of the building and our tenants, residents and service users (TRS). To be responsible for safeguarding service users out of hours through awareness of escalation of concern process, reporting concerns to relevant agencies and recording information on systems and in staff communication books.
To maintain health and safety of the service property during out of hours, by reporting any concerns around building safety and repairs in accordance with policy and procedure.
You will be expected to contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association’s values, culture and ethos.
