Care Santé Limited in West Yorkshire is seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to join our local teams serving Pontefract, Castleford and Normanton.

You will support adults at home with personal care, mobility, meals and medication administration, in a role with part-time and full-time shifts.

No prior experience required; full training provided, with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsabilidades

• Assist service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.

• Domestic tasks such as making beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Support with administering medication.
• Contribute to end-of-life care when needed.

We are looking for Health Care Assistants to join our family like team. We have a mixture of both part time and full time roles. You’ll provide life-changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes.

Our Usual Working Shifts Are

• Mornings 7am-3pm
• Evenings 3pm-10pm
• Weekends role only

Job Description

• Our home care assistants are responsible for assisting service users with personal care such as washing, bathing and toilet arrangements.
• Helping service users overcome any mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping in the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes.
• Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks.
• Support with administrating medication.
• Contribute as needed to a person’s end-of-life care.

Requirements

• Have a right to work within the UK
• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role
• No previous experience is necessary but you will need to demonstrate real compassion, be an excellent communicator and problem solver, and be committed to delivering high-quality, respectful care
