Job summary

Aramark UK is hiring a Chef to join the team at Sparsholt College, SO21 2NF. This weekend-only role offers 16 hours per week and an hourly rate of £14.21, working within a friendly catering team to deliver high-quality meals and excellent service.

The ideal candidate has experience in a chef or culinary role, strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards, and the ability to thrive in a busy kitchen environment. DBS check may be required.

Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality meals
• Ensuring food is produced in line with menu specifications and dietary requirements
• Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness
• Supporting stock control and minimising food waste
• Assisting with ordering, stock rotation, and storage procedures
• Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed
• Working collaboratively with the wider catering team
• Delivering excellent customer service at all times
