Job summary

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie for weekend shifts, Saturdays and Sundays 7:00–15:00, 15 hours per week, to deliver high-quality dishes and maintain standards.

You should have at least two years’ experience in a similar operation and be educated to C&G 1/2 or NVQ or equivalent; you’ll work with a team to inspire excellence and ensure guest satisfaction. This role is with BM Caterers, a multi award-winning contract catering company, offering development and inclusive benefits.

• Two years’ experience in a similar sized operation.
• Educated to C&G 1&2 or NVQ or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional culinary output to high production standards.
• Plan balanced, well-costed menus and monitor stock levels and controls.
• Inspire and lead the kitchen team to achieve customer satisfaction and continuous learning.
