EQUANS is recruiting for a Weekend Catering Assistant based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA.

This is a 12-month, fixed-term role working 15 hours per week, with a salary of £9.40 per hour and a benefits package.

Shift Pattern: Saturday and Sunday

1. Week 1: 6:30 am - 2:30 pm
2. Week 2: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

This role requires a DS Basic check; the ability to pass this check is essential.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing food & beverage services to customers, including food preparation and cleaning.
• Assisting with food preparation and presentation in accordance with food legislation.
• Preparing and serving food as directed by the Catering Services Manager.
• Supporting the Catering Manager and Assistant Catering Manager with daily operations and general catering duties.
