Job summary

Altogether Care is looking for a Care and Support Worker to provide in-home care across Salisbury. You will travel to clients, deliver personal and practical support, and help maintain independence. The role offers flexible shifts, with a mix of full-time and part-time opportunities, including weekends.

Competitive hourly pay (£13.80–£14.30), a permanent contract, and full induction/training are provided, along with mileage support and wellbeing initiatives. DBS clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to travel across Salisbury to deliver home care.
• Driving is essential for this role.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support people at home to live as independently as possible.
• Provide personal, physical, and emotional care.
• Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments.
