It offers part-time hours across Saturdays and Sundays in a caring, resident-focused environment. You will be the first touchpoint for residents and families, providing information, guiding tours, and coordinating with the Home Manager and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience as a receptionist with a focus on customer service.
• Able to build relationships with residents, families and staff.
• Calm, friendly, and well organised with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for visitors to the home.
• Manage new enquiries and provide information.
• Assist with face-to-face and phone enquiries.
• Show visitors around the care home.
• Support the Home Manager with clerical duties and paperwork.
• Ensure timely responses and complete daily/weekly tasks.
