The Goldbridge Care Home (Bupa) in Haywards Heath invites applications for a part-time Receptionist role on weekends. You will be the welcoming first point of contact, handle enquiries and provide friendly support to residents and families.

Experience in customer service, a warm manner, and strong organisational skills are essential. This role offers flexible weekend hours within a compassionate care setting and opportunities to contribute to a dedicated team.

Formación

• Experience as a receptionist with focus on excellent customer service.
• Friendly manner, face-to-face and over the phone interactions.
• Able to build relationships with residents, families and teams.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for visitors to the home.
• Manage new enquiries and provide guidance to callers.
• Conduct show-arounds and support clerical tasks for the Home Manager.
• Handle inquiries promptly and complete daily/weekly tasks.
