Job summary

Groundwork South is seeking a Weekend Café Assistant to provide welcoming front-of-house service, deliver quality beverages and snacks, and ensure a friendly experience for visitors at the Walled Garden Café, Tilgate Park, Crawley.

The role is part-time and on-site in Crawley (RH10 5PG). You will greet customers, take orders, prepare drinks, follow safety standards, and support a busy café team during peak periods.

• Work collaboratively with team members during busy periods
• Open and close the café according to procedures (if required)
• Restock supplies

Job Purpose
