Job summary

Compass Group UK&I on DINE is hiring an experienced Chef Supervisor for Saturday and Sunday breakfast shifts (7am–12pm) at £14.50 per hour. You will oversee the complete breakfast service, manage food preparation, service counters, till operations and vending machines, ensuring high standards and smooth running on site.

As the sole on-site team member, you will maintain food safety, stock levels, cleaning, and open/close duties, delivering excellent food experiences.

Qualifications

• Two years of culinary experience minimum.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate required or in scope.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the daily breakfast service.
• Prepare, cook and present breakfast items to standard.
• Serve customers, operate the till and manage transactions.
• Replenish vending machines and retail displays.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage stock, ordering and minimise waste.
• Open and close the catering operation as required.
• Work independently to ensure smooth site operation.
