Job summary

Genuine Dining is seeking a Breakfast Chef to join our team at the Point of Ayr Gas Terminal. This role runs Monday to Friday, 07:00–15:30, with a starting salary of £26,000.

You will prepare and cook dishes to our standards and ensure food safety is observed throughout service. Qualifications

• Experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Strong food safety and sanitation practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation according to recipes and standards.
• Oversee station production and maintain cleanliness.
• Maintain high quality in presentation and taste.
• Collaborate with head chef and assist colleagues.
• Develop and taste new recipes with head chef.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is well maintained.
