Responsabilités

• Manage all wedding, conference, and event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation.
• Conduct professional show rounds for prospective clients.
• Maximise sales opportunities across weddings, events, meeting rooms, accommodation, and hotel facilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Attend wedding fairs and networking events to promote the hotel and generate new business.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Proposal writing & negotiation: prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Revenue generation: maximise revenue through upselling, yield management, and effective diary management.
• Collaboration: work closely with the Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Reporting: maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
• Key Tasks: proactively source new business via networking, sales calls, and attending industry events.
