Job summary

Brightstar Hospitality Management is seeking an engaging Weddings & Events Sales Office Manager to join our team. You will manage enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation, conduct show rounds, and maximise sales across weddings, events, and hotel facilities.

Reporting to the sales leadership, you will build client relationships, attend events, prepare bespoke proposals, and coordinate with Revenue, F&B, and Operations to deliver flawless events while driving revenue growth and

• Ability to manage multiple enquiries and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage all wedding, conference, and event enquiries from initial contact through to confirmation.
• Conduct professional show rounds for prospective clients.
• Maximise sales opportunities across weddings, events, meeting rooms, accommodation, and hotel facilities.
• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Attend wedding fairs and networking events to promote the hotel and generate new business.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Proposal Writing & Negotiation: Prepare bespoke proposals and contracts, negotiate rates, and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
• Revenue Generation: Maximise revenue through upselling, yield management, and effective diary management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Revenue, F&B, and Operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts.
