The Barnsdale in Rutland is seeking a dedicated Wedding & Events Coordinator to join our Sales team. You will support the Wedding & Sales Manager and work closely with the General Manager and Group Director of Sales to deliver exceptional events.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating weddings and corporate events.
• Excellent attention to detail and service excellence.
• Ability to manage contracts and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager in growing the wedding sales business.
• Ensure high quality service on time and to budget for each event.
• Liaise with third party suppliers and build strong working relationships.
• Act as a brand ambassador for The Barnsdale in all customer interactions.
• Understand competitor landscape and position within the market.
