Job summary

Artemis is seeking friendly, energetic Front of House Bar Team Members to join our casual team at Brookfield Barn, near Horsham in West Sussex. You’ll be on the front lines of wedding days, serving drinks, greeting guests, and helping keep the bar area welcoming and spotless.

Full training will be provided, with a competitive hourly rate and flexible weekend/evening shifts. Private transport is preferred due to rural location, and you’ll enjoy a supportive team culture in a stunning countryside

Qualifications

Experience in bar/restaurant/event venues preferred but full training provided.
Positive, enthusiastic team player with a strong work ethic.
Clear communication and tidy personal presentation.
Flexible weekend/evening availability and reliable transport are essential.

Responsibilities

Serve drinks including draught beer, wines, spirits, soft drinks, and basic cocktails.
Set up welcome drinks, toast prosecco, and signature cocktails for wedding guests.
Provide warm, polite, and helpful guest care at all times.
Keep bar tidy, restock fridges and glassware, and assist with glass washing.
Assist with event setup and basic close-down tasks at end of shift.
Follow Challenge 25 and allergen awareness policies and responsible service standards.
