Job summary

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort in Hampshire is seeking Bar Team Members to join our hotel bar team. You will deliver friendly, attentive service, serving a range of drinks from premium beer to wines and cocktails while maintaining high standards.

This entry-level role offers flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and a welcoming team. Training is provided in a lively countryside setting with opportunities to grow within our busy hospitality venue.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Valid Right to Work in the UK.
• Must be over the age of 18 to comply with the Licensing Act 2003.
• Entry level role - previous experience is desirable but not required.
• Available to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests visiting the resort serving a range of high-quality drinks including premium draught beer, spirts, wines, cocktails and hot beverages.
• Being passionate about customer service and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times whilst serving our guests.
• Adhere to opening and closing procedures whilst on duty to ensure a clean and safe working area for both colleagues and guests.
• To be enthusiastic whilst at work and to have pride in all drinks and food you are serving.
• Assist with restocking bar.
