Job summary

Walker and Sloan are partnering to recruit a Website & Digital Manager in Swindon. You will own the global website strategy, UX/UI improvements, CRO, and content quality to drive leads and revenue. The role requires delivering performance analytics, SEO, AI-search strategies, and cross‑region governance with local market input.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, champion best practices, and lead continuous optimisation across a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing and optimising high-performing, lead-generation websites.
• Strong expertise in website management, UX, UI, customer journey optimisation, and CRO.
• Significant experience developing and executing successful SEO strategies.
• Knowledge of AEO, GEO, AI search optimisation, and emerging search technologies.
• Understanding of how Large Language Models (LLMs) discover, interpret, cite digital content.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, governance, performance, and roadmap for the global website.
• Lead website design, UX, and UI improvements aligned with brand standards.
• Manage website performance, accessibility, and content quality.
• Develop global SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies for visibility.
• Drive lead generation and conversion through content and journeys.
• Collaborate with regional teams to balance global governance with local needs.
