This role will play a critical part in maximising online sales, enhancing the digital customer experience, and ensuring product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Listing Management
Upload, maintain, and optimise product listings with accurate data, compelling imagery, and clear, brand-aligned copy.
  • Content Optimisation
Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content is visually engaging, SEO-friendly, and published in a timely manner.
  • Website Enhancement
Manage homepage and landing page content to align with marketing calendars and promotions; plan and deploy internal display banners to support the customer journey.
  • Data Analysis & Insights
Monitor customer behaviour and website analytics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • SEO Optimisation
Partner with SEO teams to enhance visibility and discoverability of product listings and content pages.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and web development teams to deliver effective and consistent merchandising strategies.
  • A/B Testing
Support the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) team with website testing and data-driven enhancements to increase conversions.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Data Analysis
Confident in analysing sales performance, customer data, and site analytics to inform merchandising decisions.
  • Customer Insight
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to adapt merchandising tactics accordingly.
  • Visual Merchandising
Experience in curating compelling product layouts and visuals to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Technical Proficiency

  • Analytical Thinking
Makes evidence-based decisions using performance metrics and behavioural insights.
  • Adaptability
Flexible to shift priorities based on trading performance, customer needs, or internal change.
