Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded Website Merchandiser to take ownership of product presentation and optimisation across Noli’s e-commerce platform. This role will play a critical part in maximising online sales, enhancing the digital customer experience, and ensuring product content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Listing Management
Upload, maintain, and optimise product listings with accurate data, compelling imagery, and clear, brand-aligned copy. - Content Optimisation
Collaborate with the design team to ensure all content is visually engaging, SEO-friendly, and published in a timely manner. - Website Enhancement
Manage homepage and landing page content to align with marketing calendars and promotions; plan and deploy internal display banners to support the customer journey. - Data Analysis & Insights
Monitor customer behaviour and website analytics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement. - SEO Optimisation
Partner with SEO teams to enhance visibility and discoverability of product listings and content pages. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product, marketing, and web development teams to deliver effective and consistent merchandising strategies. - A/B Testing
Support the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) team with website testing and data-driven enhancements to increase conversions.
Key Skills & Experience
- Data Analysis
Confident in analysing sales performance, customer data, and site analytics to inform merchandising decisions. - Customer Insight
Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and ability to adapt merchandising tactics accordingly. - Visual Merchandising
Experience in curating compelling product layouts and visuals to increase engagement and conversions. - Technical Proficiency
Comfortable working within CMS platforms; basic knowledge of HTML/CSS a plus. - Communication & Collaboration
Able to communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. - Problem-Solving
Quick to identify and resolve issues relating to product setup, placement, or digital experience. - Creativity & Innovation
Brings fresh ideas for merchandising and stays ahead of digital visual trends. - Analytical Thinking
