Job summary

Sytner Group is seeking a proactive Website Manager to own and develop one of the UK’s largest automotive retail websites. You’ll work within Group Marketing, collaborating with Business Systems, Software Engineering and external partners to translate business requirements into digital solutions.

The role focuses on roadmap ownership, customer experience, content management and measurable web performance to drive value for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a large, customer-facing commercial website.
• Experience using a Headless CMS, preferably Storyblok.
• Technically minded with understanding of APIs, integrations and modern website architecture.
• Experience collaborating with Business Systems and Software Engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of website analytics, SEO and digital best practice.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day management and performance of the Sytner website.
• Manage website content using a Headless CMS, preferably Storyblok.
• Deliver marketing campaigns, landing pages and content updates.
• Define, prioritise and deliver new website functionality with Business Systems.
• Manage the website roadmap and coordinate releases.
• Monitor website performance, SEO, analytics and customer journeys.
