Job summary

Future in the United Kingdom is seeking a detail‑oriented Webinar Audience Manager to coordinate lead delivery for our virtual events. You will ensure campaign criteria are met and leads reach clients, using Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace and Excel to drive results.

This is a fully remote role based in the UK with a hybrid twist: three days per week in our Bath office. You’ll collaborate with client success, sales and operations to deliver campaigns that match client

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating audience acquisition or lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong written communication and data-handling skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Excel, Asana and Slack.
• Experience maintaining campaign data in Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Familiarity with Convertr or Titan is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage audience acquisition campaigns from setup to event completion.
• Execute promotional strategies across first-party and partner networks.
• Target audiences by industry, job title, seniority and geography.
• Schedule emails, monitor registrations, and adjust tactics as needed.
• Review and QA campaign setups, consent, and lead data.
• Maintain tracking across Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana and reporting tools.
