Job summary

Future PLC in the United Kingdom is seeking a Webinar Audience Coordinator to manage lead delivery for virtual events. You will ensure campaign criteria are met and leads are delivered to satisfy clients, using Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace and Excel.

You will collaborate with client success, sales and operations to execute campaigns across first-party and partner networks. This is a hybrid role based in the UK with flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating audience acquisition, digital marketing, or lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong written communication and data-handling skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Excel, Asana and Slack.
• Experience maintaining campaign data within CRM like Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Convertr or Titan is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple campaign deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audience acquisition campaigns for webinars from setup to completion.
• Execute promotional strategies across first-party audiences and external partners.
• Target audiences by industry, job title, seniority and geography.
• Schedule email promotions, monitor registration pacing, adjust tactics.
• QA campaign setup, registration flows, consent and lead data.
• Maintain tracking across Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, and internal reports.
