Job summary

Future plc is seeking a Webinar Audience Manager to coordinate audience acquisition campaigns for our virtual events. You’ll work with client success, sales, and operations to ensure campaigns meet client requirements and lead delivery standards.

The role is fully remote within the UK with flexible work-from-home options, and the team uses Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, Slack, Google Workspace, and Excel to drive campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating audience acquisition, digital marketing, or lead-generation campaigns.
• Strong written communication and data-handling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate audience acquisition campaigns from setup through event completion.
• Execute promotional strategies across first-party audiences and external partners.
• Target audiences by industry, job title, seniority, and geography.
• Schedule email promotions and manage registration pacing.
• Review and QA campaign setup, consent requirements, and lead data.
• Maintain tracking across Salesforce, Convertr/Titan, Asana, and internal reports.
