Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Content, social and community Manager to lead our product narrative across Web3 and consumer apps. You will shape the voice, multi‑channel strategy, and community growth, translating complex crypto and AI concepts into engaging content.

Based in London, you will manage a small team of content, social, and community specialists, coordinate with product, legal, and compliance, and drive campaigns, launches, and real‑time engagement in a fast‑moving environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Web3 marketing, product marketing, content, or community strategy in crypto/FinTech or adjacent high-growth tech.
• Deep Web3 and AI literacy, with familiarity of tokenomics, trading psychology, privacy tech, and decentralized culture.
• Proven track record launching complex technical products and translating them into simple value propositions.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional experience across Product, Growth, Compliance, and Legal.
• Exceptional editorial judgment for high-level concepts and granular crypto/AI mechanics.
• Comfort working in a hyper-fast, high-judgment environment.

Responsibilities

• Build Blockchain.com’s comprehensive Web3 product marketing, social, and community strategy.
• Architect go-to-market campaigns for products including prediction markets and privacy-focused AI tools.
• Establish a differentiated narrative at the intersection of DeFi and user-centric AI privacy.
• Define editorial themes and recurring formats for campaign content and reactive market content.
• Manage and scale content creators, community managers, and social strategists.
• Build real-time monitoring systems to capture market moments and crypto trends.
• Ensure content is accurate, timely, and compliant within global regulations.
• Track performance metrics and adjust tactics to maximize user acquisition and product volume.
