Job summary

Blockchain.com is seeking a Content, social and community Manager to lead Web3 and consumer product storytelling, content, social and community strategy across our advanced product suites.

You will own multi-channel campaigns, launch narratives for privacy-preserving AI products, and build a high-performing team while navigating fast-changing crypto and AI markets from our London office.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading Web3 marketing, product marketing, content, or community strategy in crypto or DeFi.
• Strong understanding of tokenomics, privacy tech, and crypto-native audiences.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging campaigns.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams across Product, Growth, Legal, and Compliance.
• Excellent editorial judgment for high-level concepts and technical mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead overarching marketing, content, and social strategy for Blockchain.com Web3 and consumer apps.
• Own end-to-end product launch storytelling for major Web3 products and AI privacy tools.
• Drive cross-functional GTM work with Product Marketing, Growth, Legal, and Exec teams.
• Oversee community and social ecosystems, expanding into Discord, Telegram, Farcaster, Lens.
• Lead a disciplined content engine balancing speed, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage and scale a team of content creators, community managers, and social strategists.
