Job summary

Monex Group in London is seeking a Content and Social Manager to lead editorial strategy across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will shape brand voice, oversee calendars, and drive content that supports demand generation and client communications.

You will manage both organic and paid social on LinkedIn and Meta, create on-brand visuals in Canva, and leverage AI tools to streamline workflows while collaborating with marketing, PR, and regional teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in content marketing, social media, or editorial operations.
• Banking/fintech B2B experience a plus.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience with Sprout Social and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Manage editorial calendar and content production pipeline across regions.
• Own organic and paid social strategy on LinkedIn and Meta.
• Write, edit, publish, and repurpose content for social, web, campaigns, nurture programs, and client communications.
• Monitor social listening to inform content decisions.
• Manage online communities and engage audiences.
• Collaborate with regional teams to turn narratives into campaigns.
• Use AI tools to generate ideas and automate workflows.
• Track performance and report insights to stakeholders.
