Social Network Platform Developer

Pearson Carter is currently working with a global wellness brand focused on providing safe, effective, and premium hemp-derived CBD products, along with additional supplements such as vitamins and minerals.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers to transform wireframes and mock-ups into visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Implement and enhance website functionalities, including e-commerce features, content management systems, and third-party integrations.
• Optimize website performance and loading speed to deliver an exceptional user experience.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development, bringing innovative ideas and solutions to enhance their digital presence.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical insights, and deliver projects within defined timelines.
• Identify emerging technologies in their space to enhance web platforms and support global expansion.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Developer
• Exceptional knowledge of PHP and WordPress
• Experience with React and Node.js is beneficial
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team

The company offers an excellent salary package: up to £60,000, along with benefits and opportunities to upskill in various technologies.

Location:

The client is based in Stockport and prefers the candidate to work in the office once a week. There is also potential to travel to Germany for work if interested.
