The Role

We are looking for a Senior Web Developer to join and help lead our brilliant development team. The role will focus on engineering solutions that meet client needs, researching and evaluating new features, and ensuring high standards in delivery. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality amenities.

Responsibilities

• Identify & communicate improvements within the Development team
• Participate in decision-making at a senior level
• Mentor team members
• Create accurate timeframes for workloads
• Develop progression tasks for team members
• Review and test team members' workloads to support progression & quality
• Manage time effectively at a team leader level
• Write clean, healthy, and future-proof code
• Work comfortably with REST and GraphQL third-party APIs and understand their documentation
• Optimize front-end implementations consistently

Bonus Skills

• Knowledge of Linux + OS X Terminal
• Experience with Typescript and Handlebars
• Understanding of React and Webpack frameworks
• Familiarity with platforms like AWS, BigCommerce, Bitbucket, Builder.io, GCP, JIRA, Jitterbit, Patchworks, and Shopify
