You will deliver classroom and simulator-based training to military trainees, prepare lesson plans, assess results, and help develop course content. Monday to Friday, 37-hour week, with pension and benefits.

Qualifications

• Weapons Engineer/Technician background with progression to Instructor.
• Navy or submariner background preferred.
• Willing to commute to Helensburgh.
• Funding for qualifications to become an instructor.

Responsibilities

• Classroom and simulator based training.
• Prepare lesson plans and assess trainee results.
• Develop training content and improve course development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal teams.
• Mon-Fri, 37 hours per week.
