MBDA is seeking a Weapon Systems Operations Product Lead in Stevenage on a hybrid basis. The role focuses on owning product strategies, shaping roadmaps, and delivering architectural solutions for a range of missile systems.
The position offers flexible on-site/remote working, relocation consideration, and security clearance is required. You will influence future project roadmaps, policies and technical standards while ensuring cost effectiveness and deliverability.
Qualifications
- Experience in the design and development of electronics in defence industry.
- Strategic thinker with strong influencing skills across UK and international partners.
- Experience defining product strategies and roadmaps, and shaping proposals for architectural solutions.
- Ability to write clear engineering documentation and present to all levels of the business.
Responsibilities
- Own definition and delivery of product strategies.
- Influence project roadmaps and technical standards.
- Lead proposals for architectural solutions across a diverse product range.
- Collaborate with Project and Delivery Team to achieve acceptance.
