Job summary

Objectway, a leading fintech, seeks a hands-on Product Manager to join our London team. You will own product roadmaps for digital wealth management platforms, engage directly with private banks, wealth managers, and financial institutions, and drive end-to-end product delivery with cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Digital Solutions or WealthTech, strong Agile and requirements-gathering skills, and excellent client-facing communication in English.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as Product Manager in Digital Solution, WealthTech or Banking environment.

Responsibilities

• Product Ownership & Strategy: define and maintain the roadmap for digital platforms and applications; collaborate with Product Development and UX teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: act as trusted advisor, lead workshops, demonstrations and requirements gathering with clients and prospects.
• Team Leadership & Coordination: mentor Business Analysts and Product Owners, enforce standards, coordinate cross-team communication.
