Job summary

RBC Group is seeking a Wealth Advice Implementation Support Specialist to help develop, evaluate, and implement technology solutions for the Wealth Advice & Governance department in London. The role focuses on Conquest and Iress systems, with emphasis on AI tooling and emerging technologies to improve capacity and reduce risk.

Reqs include experience in technology implementations, project management, and building AI-enabled solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology implementations or systems deployments.
• Proven ability to manage technology projects, evaluate solutions, and engage with stakeholders.
• Demonstrable experience working with emerging technologies including AI, automation, or analytics.
• Confidence with using RBC Assist Pro and similar AI tools; experience building agents and writing scripts.
• Robust knowledge of technology governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system updates and releases from external vendors (including Conquest), assess impacts on processes and controls, and manage internal compliance requirements.
• Track post-deployment performance of technology platforms and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Identify control gaps, security vulnerabilities, and technology‑related risks; elevate to stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies.
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) for business applicability and develop business cases for tool modernisation or replacement.
• Maintain documentation of business processes and technology oversight activities to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with business owners, technology stakeholders, and the Governance Oversight Team on technology strategy and priorities.
• Collect and analyse user feedback from adviser teams to inform continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the team in exploring how AI and emerging technologies can increase capacity and drive operational efficiency.
