RBC is seeking a Wealth Advice Implementation Support Specialist to join the Wealth Advice and Governance department in London. You will support the development, evaluation, and implementation of technology solutions across the department, focusing on Conquest and Iress systems, and exploring AI-driven improvements.

What is the opportunity?

We are looking for a Wealth Advice Implementation Support Specialist to join the Wealth Advice and Governance department. In this role, you will support the development, evaluation, and implementation of technology solutions across the Wealth Advice & Governance department, with a particular focus on supporting Project Advice and supporting the implementation of Conquest and Iress systems. The role will also include a broader remit, where you will identify opportunities to enhance capacity and reduce risk across the entire department, through emerging technologies including AI.

What will you do?

• Monitor system updates and releases from external vendors (including Conquest), assess impacts on processes and controls, and manage internal compliance requirements
• Track post-deployment performance of technology platforms and identify optimisation opportunities
• Identify control gaps, security vulnerabilities, and technology-related risks; escalade to stakeholders and develop mitigation strategies
• Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics) for business applicability and develop business cases for tool modernisation or replacement
• Maintain documentation of business processes and technology oversight activities to ensure audit readiness
• Collaborate with business owners, technology stakeholders, and the Governance Oversight Team on technology strategy and priorities
• Collect and analyse user feedback from adviser teams to inform continuous improvement initiatives
• Support the team in exploring how AI and emerging technologies can increase capacity and drive operational efficiency

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have

• Experience supporting technology implementations or systems deployments
• Proven ability to manage technology projects, evaluate solutions, and engage with stakeholders
• Demonstrable experience working with emerging technologies including AI, automation, or analytics
• Confidence with using RBC Assist Pro and similar AI tools; experience building agents and writing scripts
• Robust knowledge of technology governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences

Nice-to-have

• Experience with Conquest, Iress, or similar advisory systems
