Job summary

RBC is seeking a Wealth Advice Implementation Support Specialist to join the Wealth Advice and Governance department in London. You will support the development, evaluation, and implementation of technology solutions across the department, focusing on Conquest and Iress systems, and exploring AI-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting technology implementations or systems deployments.
• Ability to manage technology projects, evaluate solutions, and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with emerging technologies including AI, automation, or analytics.
• Proficiency with RBC Assist Pro or similar AI tools; building agents and scripts.
• Strong governance, risk management, and regulatory knowledge.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system updates from external vendors and assess process impacts.
• Track post-deployment performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Identify control gaps, security vulnerabilities, and propose mitigations.
• Evaluate AI, automation, and analytics for business use and build business cases.
• Maintain documentation to ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with owners, tech stakeholders, and Governance Oversight Team on strategy.
• Collect adviser feedback to inform continuous improvement and AI adoption.
