Job summary

Servaada, the UK entity of Wipro, seeks a Programme Management Office Manager to lead governance, integration and reporting for a major transformation programme in wealth/platform services.

The role ensures a coherent, regulator-aligned control environment, manages RAID, milestones and dependencies, and delivers concise dashboards for senior leadership across client and partner stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience in UK wealth management or regulated platforms.
• Proven PMO experience across multi-workstream transformation programmes.
• Experience establishing and enforcing project management methodologies.
• Ability to integrate plans, milestones, RAID and dependencies into a programme view.
• Experience managing programme financials and benefits reporting.
• Proven ability to produce executive governance materials.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain an integrated Transformation Programme view.
• Operate governance forums and provide decision-ready insight.
• Consolidate cost, benefits and readiness across workstreams.
• Provide clear ownership, rationale and traceability for actions.
