Job summary

Quilter plc in Southampton is seeking a results-driven Prospect and Engagement professional to drive growth within the Sales department. You will generate new accounts, engage with financial advisers, and support the business development team to widen Quilter's reach across the region.

You will identify opportunities for Wealth Select, build relationships with panel contacts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM while meeting activity-based targets and delivering strong conversion from calls

Qualifications

• Knowledge of UK financial advice and platform market is desirable.
• Good understanding of pensions, ISAs and investments is helpful.
• Willingness to develop product knowledge of Quilter offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and grow revenue in the Southampton area.
• Proactively engage with financial advisers and business owners via outbound calls.
• Support the business development team in market initiatives.
• Promote Wealth Select and other Quilter propositions to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and report on progress.
