Job summary

Cameron Kennedy, a respected UK wealth management firm, seeks a Wealth Planning Assistant Team Leader for its Cambridge office. This role blends hands-on work with team leadership, supporting Wealth Planners, managing onboarding and new business, and attending client meetings while keeping XPlan accurate.

You will lead a small team, shaping workload and development, and drawing on prior Wealth Planning Assistant or IFA Administrator experience to drive end-to-end financial planning excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Wealth Planning Assistant, IFA Administrator or Financial Planning Administrator.
• Good understanding of the end-to-end financial planning process and the products behind it.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising others, formally or informally.
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support Wealth Planners with client work and meetings.

• Attend client meetings and keep XPlan accurate.
