• Experience in IFA/financial planning administration.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client service abilities.

Responsabilités

• Manage client correspondence and relationships.
• Process new business across pensions, investments and protection.
• Prepare annual review packs and meeting documentation.
• Arrange client meetings and manage adviser diaries.
• Request provider illustrations and product information.
• Maintain accurate compliant client records in internal systems.
• Handle inquiries and provider communications.
• Provide back-office support using Intelligent Office.
• Ensure administration aligns with procedures and regulatory standards.
