Job summary

IDEX Consulting Ltd in Coventry partners with a respected independent financial planning firm to recruit an IFA Support Administrator / Wealth Planning Assistant. This role offers exposure across the full advice process and close work with experienced advisers to build technical knowledge.

Based in an office environment, you will prepare meeting packs, handle client liaison, process new business, and ensure FCA documentation is compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Experience with business processing and interacting with providers.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• DipPFS Level 4 or working towards it is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support advisers throughout the client journey.
• Prepare meeting packs and assist with client reviews.
• Liaise with clients, providers and third parties.
• Process new business and manage applications to completion.
• Support suitability reports and financial planning documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and FCA compliance.
