Job summary

A leading Wealth Management firm in London is looking for a Wealth Management Assistant to support their high-net-worth clients. The role includes administrative tasks, client communication, and diary management for Wealth Planners. The ideal candidate will have experience in the financial planning sector and a strong understanding of the planning process. Full training and exam support will be provided for career development.

One of the top 10 Wealth Managers in the UK are seeking a Wealth Management Assistant to join their HNW team in Central London.

Supporting the Wealth Planners with Administrative work your daily responsibilities will include;

  • Process new business for clients
  • Being a point of contact for client queries and handle client correspondence and post.
  • Manage the Wealth Planners diaries.
  • Arrange client meetings, valuations, meeting packs
  • Complete any required post meeting actions and minutes.
  • Prepare letters of authority for signing.
  • Prepare client application forms in line with suitability report recommendations, ensuring they are actioned when returned by the client

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working within a firm of Financial Planners / Wealth Managers and will have a full understanding of the end-to-end Financial Planning process.

In return the firm will offer full training and exam support – should the individual choose to develop their career in that direction.
