A leading Investment Management company offering a range of Investment Services and Financial Planning to Private High Net Worth Individuals.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual to join a team performing various administrative support tasks in a Wealth Management environment.
The Financial Planning Administrator will have experience in financial planning / IFA client services and will provide high-level support to a team of Financial Advisors.
The role involves liaising and communicating effectively with external clients, internal stakeholders, Insurance Companies, External Platform Providers, and Investment Managers.
The Financial Planning Administrator will support the Financial Planning Team in acquiring new business and assist Financial Advisers or Wealth Consultants with detailed research (quotes, product selection, existing product review) in preparation of recommendations and review reports.
Responsibilities include processing new business applications, following up on medicals if required, managing income, and distributing policy documents to clients.
The role also involves performing CRM database administration, assisting with diary management, preparing valuations, compliance documents, and application packs.
Experience in Financial Planning Client Administration, from financial planning, wealth management, or investment management backgrounds.
Good knowledge of financial products such as pensions and investments, with the ability to deal with product providers and platforms.
Knowledge of Xplan is beneficial.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Numerate, educated to A Level standard.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM databases (e.g., Intelliflo or similar).
