Job description

Type of Position: Financial Planning Administrator - London

Pay: £30k - £35k

Our client is looking for a Financial Planning Administrator to join their expanding team of Chartered Financial Planners in London. They are a boutique wealth management firm based in one of London’s most diverse, creative, and vibrant areas.

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will support a team of three, working with an experienced financial planner, paraplanner, and relationship manager, with exposure to family law, estate planning, and trust corporation. Our client offers a friendly, supportive, and collaborative working environment with a fresh approach, allowing them to give clients more time and attention to ensure their financial plans align with their aspirations.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensuring the back office is up to date
  2. Pre-populating product and service application forms and adviser charging authorities
  3. Preparing reports, enclosures, and letters
  4. Preparing meeting packs
  5. Banking administration
  6. Producing management information reports
