Job Description
Wealth Planning Administrator
Based in Sherborne
Hours: 9am-5pm
Salary: up to £30,000
Are you a Wealth Planning Administrator looking for your next challenge?
Are you currently working for a smaller wealth planning practice and seeking to join a larger organization with established processes and procedures?
Or do you feel your career isn’t progressing enough?
If so, we have the opportunity for you...
The company and role:
Our client is a well-established Wealth Management Practice looking for their next wealth management administrator, supporting both their annual review and client services departments.
They consider candidates with a range of experience; previous direct wealth planning support experience is desirable but not essential.
The company has around 50 employees across four offices. They have expanded rapidly in recent years, creating opportunities for growth and development. The practice manager is passionate about encouraging and developing employees, managing processes, procedures, and workflow to ensure a positive working environment with high staff retention.
They offer structured career development and exam plans aligned with your goals—whether aiming for a paraplanning position, an adviser role, or advancing within administration. They also provide pay rises for each exam passed and full financial support for exam costs.
While growing, they maintain a 'family feel' within the practice. Cultural fit is important as they are an integral part of their local communities.
Please note, due to the rural location, you will need to be a driver.
The role involves a five-day in-office working week.
If you are seeking a fresh start, want to gain more technical experience, or aspire to move into paraplanning, and wish to be part of a well-established, supportive team—please apply, and we can discuss the role in more detail.
