Job summary

St. James's Place Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Paraplanner in Westerham to deliver high-quality, bespoke financial planning reports and letters.

You will prepare pension and investment illustrations, maintain CFRs, and ensure regulatory and internal standards are met with accuracy and speed. Hybrid role offering training on company software, with a focus on client service excellence and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to produce clear suitability reports using standard paragraphs and free text.
• Experience writing suitability letters across pensions, investments, mortgages and protection.
• Experience preparing illustrations for multiple products, e.g. protection.
• Experience updating CFRs and ensuring regulatory compliance at case end.
• Commitment to CPD and keeping up with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Produce comprehensive suitability reports and letters.
• Prepare product illustrations for various products.
• Maintain client CFRs and ensure files are audited.
• Ensure cases pass pre- and post-approval checks on compliance systems.
• Keep up with industry regulatory changes and internal policies.
• Collaborate with advisers to gather complete information for cases.
• Utilize Salesforce and back-office systems in a process-driven manner.
