Cooper Parry Wealth is seeking a Financial Planning Systems & Operations Manager to sit at the heart of our operations, technology, data and transformation. You will ensure our systems run smoothly, drive improvements and own the CRM/client portal to boost data quality and adoption.

You’ll collaborate with the Transformation Director on strategic projects, travel occasionally to support teams, and help deliver measurable efficiency gains while enhancing client experiences across the wealth

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning operations or similar wealth management roles.
• Ability to lead change and adopt new processes, systems and ways of working.
• Strong data understanding and ability to translate insights into decisions.
