Cooper Parry Wealth is seeking a Paraplanner to support Relationship Managers and deliver high-quality financial plans. You’ll prepare annual client meetings, analyse client positions, and ensure reports are accurate and compliant while handling complex calculations.

Qualifications

• Experience as a paraplanner delivering financial plans.
• Experience writing full financial plans.
• Holistic financial planning understanding.
• Experience with high net worth clients.
• Strong technical knowledge; able to simplify complex.
• Excellent analytical and detail orientation.
• Outstanding organisational and workload prioritisation.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.
• Working towards Chartered/Certified Financial Planner (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Provide high level technical support to Relationship Managers.
• Prepare client annual meetings.
• Analyse client financial positions.
• Create cashflow modelling using Voyant Go.
• Draft advice underpinning each financial plan.
• Ensure reports and advice are accurate and compliant.
• Handle complex calculations (inheritance tax, carry forward, tapered pension).
